Quality Control

We have an internal quality control unit. These units use an excellent sample of wholesale elephant plush inspections and differentiate all units with the suitable model.

Employees stretch the limbs and sides of the plush to make sure the stitching is strong enough to prevent the plush from breaking.

If the units are defective then that is discarded. If the problems are critical then the plush is broken and the material is thrashed because it is simply not reusable. If any minor problems, the defective unit make into pieces to work again on the problem.

This is the final production process. We use some of the best sturdy carton boxes. This is because they are very helpful in avoiding any kind of damage to the goods during shipment. There are many ways to pack big elephant stuffed toys. The basic method is to wrap each toy in a polybag and use it in a large carton box.

We also use advanced packing with full color demanded by a client. This is very costly but looks so attractive!
